Tenant Find Only Package: 9.6% inclusive of VAT (8% plus VAT)
Rent Guarantee is available for an additional £30 to £50 per month, depending on property type.
New Let Paperwork: £600 inclusive of VAT (£500 plus VAT) (This is a package for landlords who find their own tenant and simply require us to complete the paperwork. Please note, references and check-in are charged separately.)
Renewal Paperwork: 7.2% inclusive of VAT (6% plus VAT)
Annual Fee for Tenant in Situ: 7.2% inclusive of VAT (6% plus VAT) (As per the original contract reference, if a tenant is on a periodic agreement, the renewal charge applies.)
